Expressive arts therapy uses creativity as a pathway to healing and self-discovery. Through art, movement, music, writing, and other creative practices, we'll explore thoughts and emotions in ways that don't always require words, fostering self-awareness, connection, and personal growth.

EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process difficult experiences that may still be affecting you today. Using guided eye movements, tapping, or other forms of bilateral stimulation, we'll help reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories so they feel less overwhelming, creating space for healing and lasting change.
