Meet Becca!

Hi! I'm Becca. I’m a therapist and a human, and I do my best to show up as both. You’ll probably find me in a favorite band tee, drinking coffee out of reused pasta jars, and making space for the messy, complicated, very human parts of life.
I’m here for the intellectualizers, overthinkers, recovering people-pleasers, and anyone who feels like something is off but can’t quite name what it is. While I work with people from many walks of life, I especially love working with creatives, graduate students, therapists, and professionals in helping fields (social workers, first responders, medical professionals, etc). The people that tend to find me are used to wearing multiple hats and need a space where they get to leave the hats at the door.
My work is rooted in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is at the center of healing. I strive to be warm, genuine, and direct—I’ll sit alongside you, challenge you when it feels helpful, and support you as you explore what’s underneath the surface.
Outside of session I'm running through the neighborhoods of Pittsburgh while listening to some of my favorite kpop groups (proud ARMY and STAY). One of my favorite jobs non-therapy related was being a baker and barista for a few years. I love to connect with that part of me by trying new recipes and visiting coffee shops.
